Larry has served in full time worship leadership for over 30 years on various church staffs, leading contemporary, blended and traditional worship formats. Six of those years were committed to a new church start where Larry served as Executive Pastor / Worship Pastor.

In 2013, Larry founded Equip Worship to help bring worship leadership development to church leaders in the Northwest.

In addition to Equip Worship and local ministry opportunities, Larry is a full time residential real estate agent in Austin, Texas.

Larry and his wife, Lisa, live in Austin and have been married for over four decades. They have four children (all married) and ten grandkids.
